At Camilla, we offer free shipping on all orders across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and standard shipping to other GCC countries (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman)
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. If your order has not arrived within 5 days, please contact our customer support
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery
- Customs & Duties: No extra charges! We cover all customs fees, so you won’t have to pay anything beyond the listed price at checkout

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Camilla shoes! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order
RETURNS
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- To initiate a return, log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed
EXCHANGES
- If you need a different size or style, the easiest way is to return your item and place a new order
- Exchanges are free, and you’ll receive a refund for your original purchase once we receive the returned item
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@camilla-milano.com, and we will replace it at no cost to you
