At Camilla, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1 business day in the UAE, 2–3 business days in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman), and up to 5 business days worldwide. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact our customer support.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
  • Customs & Duties: No extra charges! We cover all customs fees, so you'll never pay more than the listed price at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Camilla shoes! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order

RETURNS

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • To initiate a return, log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed

EXCHANGES

  • If you need a different size or style, the easiest way is to return your item and place a new order
  • Exchanges are free, and you’ll receive a refund for your original purchase once we receive the returned item

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@camilla-milano.com, and we will replace it at no cost to you
