- Customs & Duties: No extra charges! We cover all customs fees, so you won’t have to pay anything beyond the listed price at checkout

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Camilla shoes! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed
EXCHANGES
- If you need a different size or style, the easiest way is to return your item and place a new order
- Exchanges are free, and you’ll receive a refund for your original purchase once we receive the returned item
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
